There is no time limit of out of status.
Once you are out of a company you are out of status.

You can adjust the movie dimensions in Swift 3D. Create a new movie and select the Layout caption on the left. You will see the Layout section appear with the Width and Height fields. About your second question, I will have to look into that; I have no definite answer right now.

Our AP saga got its final miracle today. (at least I think it�s the final one�) Though my spouse�s and daughter's AP were finally got approved yesterday, the miracle is that TSC has decided to expedite and overnight them, based on a fax from my father-in-law�s doctor.
The very nice lady IO at SF INS office this morning asked for our telephone numbers, and then followed up and called us on our cell phone to confirm that TSC is expediting the APS�..�and overnight-ing them!
Prior to this last miracle the journey was choppy.
We are to leave for India on Dec 26th... ..the APs were e-filed on July 12 to give TSC enough time.
Because nothing seemed to be happening I faxed TSC director (no use), another fax at TSC (not much use), made friends with a TSC rep...(great) got in touch with my Congressman George MIller's office..(fantastic), leading to the approval yesterday and then today comes the icing on the cake� the overnight-ing�.
After a season of dryness, it doesn't just rain, it pours!

USCIS will consider only your qualifications and experience only at the time of applying for labor against the jobs requirements. You dont have to update USCIS with your latest qualifications.

A month back a new company had filed a H1 transfer & I started working for them. Now I have 2 paystubs from this new company & I am getting a very good offer from another company & I would like to go for this offer. So my question is on the basis of these two recent paystubs can I get my visa transferred to the 3rd company while another visa transfer is in progress?

Labor/I-140/485/EB3 approved with PD of 2003. THe approved Labor had criteria that meets EB2 so trying to apply new I-140 in EB2 with the same labor. All is well except, lawyer concerned about the degree mentioned in labor is "computer science or equivalent" and I have "electronics engineering". Isn't the word "equivalent supposed to mean closeby or related as electronics engineering that we had was more like computer engineering

My self-filed I-485 application (July 2nd) was sent without:
- Medical Exam results
- Employment Verification Letter
I have recently rec'd the receipt number for my case. Should i sent the missing documentation to USCIS linked to the receipt numbers - or should i wait for the RFE? Anyone with experience with this please advise.
Secondly, if you recommend that i send it now, how can i make sure that the documents will get added to my file? Is there a special procedure for this?

i was told by my lawyer - if spouse stops working, s/he can go back to H4, but you need to confirm with a lawyer, given your specific case.

I joined a new employer in May and also had applied for H1B transfer at that time. Now I have a very good offer from another firm but my first H1B transfer is still pending. The new offer is much more rewarding financially. Is it possible to apply for H1 B transfer to the new employer without jeopardizing my H1B status. Please note that I got laid off in April and I was in a hurry to get the new job then, it was also about just over a month when I applied for my H1B transfer since losing that job so I am kind of nervous about the results from USCIS.

Below are the 2 listed jobs.. I am currently working as 15-1051.00 Computer Systems Analysts for XXX comp... I have been working for more than 3 years.. They are planning to file my GC soon..
I know for a fact that you cannot count current employer exp for GC. If i start working for the same employer on 15-1031.00 Computer Software Engineers, Applications , is it more than 50% different in role so i can count my 3 years experience when applying my GC ??
Also do i have to file a new H1 for this 15-1031.00 Computer Software Engineers, Applications job from same employer ??
All Attorney/ Senior memeber.. please guide me on this..

I currently work in a big IT consulting firm (company A) thru H1. My uncle owns a very small (less than 100 ppl) consulting shop (company B). I want to join his company, but i dont want to transfer my h1 since B is small and there is lot more job stability in company A. So B is willing to sponsor future employment GC for me.
I will be joining company B in the same job desc as im working in company A. As it looks right now, I might have to take a small cut in salary to join company B, however im sure that salary difference will be a lot more once it gets to the 485 stages.
What do you think are the risks as compared to having a GC sponsored through a company where u already hold a H1? I understand that my intention to join might become an issue because of the salary issue, but wouldn't that be the case even if i filed for Company A, since company A would file a LC based on current wage and by the time of 485, I will be making a lot more.
