Yes , we received an RFE letter seems after RFE expiration date. but USCIS online case status still shows case was received and pending. it did not talk about RFE letter was sent

Hi currently I am on H1B which is set to expire at end of November and will not be renewed. I have another position coming up but the visa application may not b e done till late December or January. I would need to transfer to H4 on my spouses status till then.
Can some one guide me in this process. What steps must be taken to transfer from H1B to H4? Is there any webpage which explains this step?
Is is better to file for H4 from USA itself or to go to India and do it?
Once I file for H4, does it have any impact on my filing for H1 from the new employer later in December or January?
Please assist me.

Hello
I have got done my medical exam required for adjust of status.
My doc gave me only a single sheet of page in a sealed envelop to send to the USCIS for the purpose.
My QUESTION is, is it only one page to be submitted in the sealed envelop, as the form doesnt have any of my passport details or reciept numbers for the form 140's/485
He has only given me page 3 of the attached file, is that sufficient?

This is a contract position to work in canada.This is normally through couple of vendors.

One will get a H1-B without I-94 if the person is outside of USA.
so basically you need to go for stamping to the local consulate for the visa.
If you apply from outside and then come back before it is approved using your old H1 , you would probably get an approved H1 without I-94 which would would need to get stamped again before your current one expires.
Therefore I would suggest that you come back and apply from US itself so that you don't have to go back for stamping again.

in how many days did u get EAD approved.
i applied (efile )in the second week of may done with FP and got CPO mail on 28th june , till now no approval mail or EAD Card
did u get Approval mail before getting actual EAD Card?

Tourist visa is for tourism purpose only. You want advice to misuse the visa ?. 10 year multiple entry visa can be used number of times. But she stays more (like 6 month max) for each visit, after 2 such visit, within a small gap say 2-6 months, there is a chancce to blacklist her and may be allow for 1-2 months I-94, or deny her entry. They are smart to see the intension of people. They look for the pattern of visit.

Do I have to pay for my green card again if the INS made a mistake on my birthday? Need to know if there are any under the table jobs in Lake Havasu City,AZ. My green card expired in 2004. I have an AZ license and a social security card. Can I work with expired card? Please help!
